These are all of the rules for the Dynatos Youth Institute forum.

* Do not ask for personal information, passwords, etc. The staff will not do that anywhere including the C-Box.

* Post in the Absent sub-board under Site Chat if you will be leaving or will be unable to get on as often as usual. If you simply disappear without informing us you will be sent a deletion PM after three weeks from your last post and then if after three more weeks you have not contacted the staff you will be deleted.
* Activity is a must, by activity we mean getting involved in threads and staying involved.
* All problems among members should not reflect upon role playing. Try to work it out but if you can not feel free to PM the staff so we can help you work everything out.

* Use some method of signifying OOC (Out Of Character) when speaking out of character in the IC boards.
* Try to be semi-literate to literate/advanced
* No one-liners
* Nobody is perfect
* Killing of other characters is not allowed. If you want to leave the site permanently or what to delete your site you must RP out of any IC threads you are in and inform the staff who will help kill off your characters. If you are deleted or delete your self then your characters will be killed off.
* Start with one character, for additional character contact the Staff who will discuss it. Your ability to handle RPing with one character will reflect upon whether or not additional characters are allowed.

* There is absolutely NO IC POSTING UNTIL ACCEPTANCE BY A STAFF MEMBER. None whatsoever the post will be deleted first and for most and then further action will be taken. Once you are accepted you may post anywhere you please, it is preferred that you post in the Front so you can welcomed by one of the staff but it is not necessary.
* We will try to keep the male to female ratio even, so if your character is suspended because of ratio reasons simply bear with us. Typically we have an abundance of female characters and a shortage of male characters. So if you show yourself to be an accomplished role player you might be called upon to role play a male character.
* Only three powers will be allowed per character. Each element counts as one power. If one power is separate from another power then they will be counted as two. The Staff might ask you to limit the power behind one character because too many too powerful powers are present. If this is done you must limit the power to be accepted.
* The audition format is given in the Auditions Office, it must be used you will not accepted if it is not. All three keywords must be given in the appropriate place. The first keyword is tygertygerburningbright.

[1st Offense] You will be warned by the Staff
[2nd Offense] You will be suspended from the site for seven days
[3rd] Offense] You will deleted and your characters will be killed off
Should one member notice another member breaking the rules the first member should inform the Staff.
