These are different Tips that the Staff has compiled, they are always approved by the Headmistress if they are not written by her. Some of this information is just general stuff to help you role play better. Some of it is necessary to the site.

We are going to break down the Auditions Format so you can understand it better.
[Name] This pretty self explanatory, your name can be simple, or intricate, it can pulled out of the air or have a deep meaning. I would suggest not using your own name, most people end up regretting it.
[Age] This is pretty simple as well, but I will go over it anyway. All students are middle or high school students, so the youngest age is twelve and the oldest is eighteen. There will be no eleventh graders who have failed three times and are twenty. None, all students must be within those ages. Many people like their characters to be 16, I suppose so they can drive. That is useless in Xenos since there is public transportation or they walk, only students who have graduated may drove in Xenos. The teachers must be thirty or older. People of Xenos can range from new born to one hundred years old.
[Grade, Desired Position, or Job] Grade is used in the student applications, your age and grade must correspond although they can be a little older if they were held back a year or their birthday was late. Desired Position in for the school staff, you must decide what class or other such job in the school you want, Deputy Headmaster, secretary, and Stable Master are also available. In Xenos the adults will have a job, you must place it here, you can own High Voltage or maybe be a lawyer but whatever the profession it is placed here.
[Gender] Once again this should not need much explanation; however I will tell you we will not have any “unspecified” genders. You are either male or female.
[Power] Just as the rules specify only three powers are allowed. You might be asked to limit your abilities or cut some out if the others are too powerful. This must be done to be accepted. Just because you can have three powers does not mean you have to, it is merely a limit.
[Weakness] This can be something that counter acts your character’s power, something that he is allergic to, or a phobia. Name whatever would stop or delay your character were he to come across it.
[Physical Description] This should be easy enough, describe the way your character looks, keep in mind not every teen is absolutely drop-dead gorgeous, if a school has ten supermodel-like teens we will have a problem. You must keep in mind a character’s background and age with their appearance. Their appearance does not have to have anything to do with their power.
[Personality] This is what your character acts like, is she shy or outgoing, does he like to show off or keep his powers hidden? Once again this does not have to have too much to do with the power, although it will probably reflect how he or she feels about them.
[History] What is your character’s home life? How did their guardians react to the power? How did the power show itself? What made your character act the way he does? Tell us his story so we can understand.
[Other] Is there anything that didn’t fit above? Does your character have a pet (only one allowed)? A mutant sibling who goes to Dynatos or has graduated? Anything that should be known but does not fit above goes here.
[IC] Now this is very important, here you must post a sample of your RP style. Post an intro if you like or an incident in your character’s life, you cannot use any character that you yourself do not control, in other words you can use parents, friends, or your other characters, but not anyone else’s. The post must be at least a couple of paragraphs, just to give us a sense of your writing abilities. Keep in mind that you can make this sound like a novel but your normal RP style must stick with this, it cannot look like it was written by a first grader. You will be held to this style and you must continue to use it, so make it sound like you.
